I have used Jacob’s a handful of times to repair and maintain the unit and will continue to do so, as it’s always a wonderful experience. This most recent time, Christian came out to do a maintenance check that ended up requiring some work. He was thorough and communicative: updating me on what he was doing, why he was doing that, and what the possible results could mean to me. And when he realized he’d fixed something rather than needing to replace it as he suspected, I think he was as happy about saving me money as I was! I look for dependability, communication, and quality, and Jacob’s checks all the boxes…”
